Problems and Specialities
It might be that you have been struggling with something for a while, and it gets to a point where things can't go on the way they are. Sometimes, people come to therapy after a trigger or difficult life event, and at other times with uncertainty about why they feel the way they do. Some people have been given a nudge by someone who cares. We all need extra support sometimes. Whatever your reason, therapy can give you a safe space to understand yourself better, learn strategies to cope, and help you move forward and move on.
